Foam sheet extrusion line is a single screw extrusion capacity,
which is suitable for the production of XPE foam sheet and IXPE
foam sheet.
Foam sheet extrusion line is composed of feeder,extruder,main
machine, mold, two-roll/three-roll calendering(or equipped with
cooling water tank),cooling roll,trimming machine,sheet traction
machine,single-station winder,etc.
IXPE (irradiation crosslinked polyethylene foam sheet) is produced
with high temperature foaming after radiation cross-linking of the
electron accelerator(no chemical bridging agent)on the extruded
materials from filling mixing with polyethylene modified
polyethylene, meeting RoHS
XPE(chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam sheet) is a polymer foam
materials made by mixing polyethylene with various fillers and
adding chemical crosslinker and foaming agent.
