XPE Foam Internal Mixer can be used for mixing and mixing of rubber, plastic and chemical raw materials. It is suitable for XPE IXPE cross-linked foaming raw materials, shoe materials, tires, seals, conveyor belts and other rubber and plastic industries.
The internal mixer chamber adopts heated by steam or heat-conducting oil, the heating speed is fast and the heat preservation performance is good.

Collect temperature, pressure and time signals, through PLC integrated control, realize constant temperature and automatically complete banburying.

The turning machine adopts TOP, which has high transmission efficiency, large load-bearing capacity, and can realize non-stop unloading, eliminating the frequent starting of the motor, greatly extending its service life.
The electric control system adopts PLC device, which has complete and reliable automatic control monitoring, alarm and other functions and necessary interlocking protection.
