XPE / XLPE foam is chemically cross-linked PE foam. It is produced
in continuous rolls to form a foam product with uniform, closed
cells and smooth skins on both sides. It is lightweight, flexible
and soft to touch, yet is stretchy, resistant to moisture, a wide
range of chemicals and temperature extremes.
The PE polymer is foamed at high temperature after extrusion, and
is crosslinked and foamed at the same time. It is the ideal foam
for application where support and durability are critical.
The density range of XPE/XLPE foam is 25kg/m3~200kg/m3,and the thickness,width,length and other foam sizes and colors can
be customized by customers.
