Closed Cell EPDM Foam:
The foam is designed and produced from the base material EPDM
rubber with closed cell structure for a wide range of
high-performance cushioning and sealing applications.
Main Feature:
Light weight, excellent strength performance; vibration damping;
excellent weather resistance.
Closed-cell structure, water absorption is below 3%; low thermal
conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance;
Excellent resistance to cold and heat, can be used in the
temperature range of -50 to 130 °C.
Application:
Precision machines, medical equipment, furniture and other
transportation cushioning materials;
Vehicle door panel, rear tail box, door lock and other cushions;
various pipes, taillights, engine shockproof materials, etc.;
Insulation and sealing materials for air conditioners,
refrigerators etc.;
Anti-noise sealing of various machinery, waterproof and moisture
proof of electrical appliances, etc.

Q2:What’s the max thickness you can produce ?
We can laminated different thickness layers into one sheet, our max
thickness of lamination is 200mm
Q3:How many color of foam products you can produce ?
We offer foam sheets in three standard colors: black, white, and
grey. However, if you require a different color for your specific
application, we are happy to accommodate your request. To ensure
that we provide you with the exact color you need, please provide
us with the corresponding Pantone code. If you do not have a
Pantone code, you can send us a physical sample of the color you
require for our production department to analyze. We strive to meet
all of our customers' needs and ensure that they receive the
high-quality foam products they require for their specific
applications.
