EPDM which is short for ‘Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer’ is a
flexible expanded closed cell synthetic rubber used in a wide range
of applications. Most commonly used in the automotive and
construction sector for roofing applications due to its
high-density, ease of application and durability properties.
EPDM is made from a variety of chemicals, all of which vary in
proportions, Ethylene being the largest proportion. The diene
monomers are the smallest proportion of compounds which form EPDM
closed cell sponge rubber. However, this chemical provides the
cross-linking aspect that creates a high level of resilience,
flexibility and longevity of this material. It is also flame
retardant to conform with FMVSS302 standards.

We have regular stocks of normal products in our product list.
But we have MOQ request of customized foam products, like Special
spec.
( length, width, thickness) of rough buns(untrimmed sides and with
skins),
Customized colors, Density and Hardness.
Q3:How many color of foam products you can produce ?
We offer foam sheets in three standard colors: black, white, and
grey. However, if you require a different color for your specific
application, we are happy to accommodate your request. To ensure
that we provide you with the exact color you need, please provide
us with the corresponding Pantone code. If you do not have a
Pantone code, you can send us a physical sample of the color you
require for our production department to analyze. We strive to meet
all of our customers' needs and ensure that they receive the
high-quality foam products they require for their specific
applications.
